Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Learning and practising the applicable trade under the guidance of skilled or qualified persons, to gather sufficient practical experience.
Key Performance Areas
Successfully complete all theoretical learning
Successfully complete all practical training and skills assessments
Apply skills learnt in the workplace
Complete necessary documentation for required experience building (Logbook / Training records)
Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
Effective self-management and performance ownership
Adherence to any reasonable instruction
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 with N3 level mathematics and physical science
