Role Purpose

The Client Sales team of Momentum Insure is primarily responsible for all the telephonic sales with the new clients. Momentum Insure has a numerous vacancies for Sales Advisors, with sales experience and leadership ability/potential.

 

Requirements

  • Matric;
  • RE would be an advantage;
  • Previous call centre experience in telesales;
  • Experience in short term insurance industry is preferred

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Sales Team of Momentum Insure will primarily be responsible for:
  • Converting leads/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
  • Minimum monthly premium written
  • Average premium value
  • Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
  • Policy quality target
  • Cancellation ratio
