Job Description

  • Capture cycle counts and stock takes for raw materials warehouses.
  • Upload COAs and extensions and liaise with Procurement and Laboratory on outstanding COAs.
  • Keep track of short dated stock and report regularly and request extension letters from Procurement team.
  • Liaise with SHE officer regarding the discarding of expired stock and flushing feedlime
  • Liaise with Finance and adjust replacement quantities as needed.
  • Book in Graveyard/Excess stock on Factory and write off expired stock on a monthly basis.
  • GRN all non-stock items and liaise with Creditors for any issues arising.
  • GRN stock when the Receiving Clerk is not available.
  • Dispatch finished goods when Dispatch Clerk is not available.
  • Provide administrative support – photocopying, scanning, filing and any other adhoc duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12 or NQF equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Computer knowledge of MS office is a prerequisite.
  • Syspro experience will be advantageous.
